The "Classic Cottage" series is our newest design! The "Classic Cottage" has become our most popular and versatile building. The "Classic Cottage" comes standard with the total protection package, 8' walls, two windows, two door windows, two 4' (HD) lofts**, a shingle over ridge vent, shutters, dimensional shingles, and overhangs on gable ends. All other options are also available for the "Classic Cottage".   

**Note: The 10' x 12' comes standard with one 4' (HD) loft.
